I går bakte jeg lefse,en hel umasse føltes det som,
men hva gjør en ikke når folk spør om å få kjøpe.
Har fundert på hvilket engelsk navn som kan brukes på lefse,men jeg har gitt opp.
Jeg får heller prøve å forklare når jeg skriver på engelsk.
Obs!Obs! Lefsene er ikke godkjent mattilsynet.
Yesterday I made a lot of these,in Norwegian called "lefse",
but there's no name for them in English.
They're made of : Plain flour,barley flour,golden syrup,
sour cream,sugar,milk and salt of hartshorn.
As you can see on the first photo,they're made like flat round cakes,
baked on a special type of "oven". (a frying pan can also be used)
When they're done on one side,you turn them over and do the other side.
When they have cooled down it's time to make the spread.
You stir butter,sugar and cinnamon until it's creamy.
Spread it on one "lefse" and put another one on the top.

Cut into triangels,make yourself a cup of coffee and just enjoy.
